Returns Policy

At Dahlias & Honey, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, custom orders, and final sale items, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at dahliasandhoney@gmail.com with your order details to begin the return process. We will provide further instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees for expedited shipping (if applicable) are non-refundable.
