Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dahlias & Honey, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, returns are simple and self-serve.

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Please avoid makeup, fragrance, deodorant, or pet hair on try-ons. Items not in sellable condition may be declined or partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimates/lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear (if hygiene liner or seals are removed).

  • Custom or final-sale items, and gift cards.

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Start a Return (Self-Serve)

  1. Log in to your Customer Account (link on our site).

  2. Open the order and click Request return.

  3. Select the item(s), choose a reason, and submit.
    If approved, you’ll automatically receive a prepaid return label by email via our Shopify system. Please ship your parcel within 7 calendar days of approval.

Use only the label we provide. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer or any address other than the one on your label.

Return Labels & Fees

  • We provide a prepaid return label for convenience.

  • If you need to return items from multiple orders, contact us to consolidate into one label when possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? For the fastest service, start a return and place a new order for the replacement. We’ll refund the original once received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email dahliasandhoney@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.
    We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, and the return fee is not applied.

International Returns & Customs

International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes charged by their country. Mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise” to help avoid additional fees. Duties/taxes paid to local authorities aren’t refundable through us (check with your customs office for possible rebates).

Refunds

  • After your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

  • Items returned outside policy or not in sellable condition may receive store credit or be sent back to you.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected delivery, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus any carrier return fees once received.
