Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Where We Ship From

  • Most orders ship from our partner facilities internationally.

  • You’ll see the ship-from country on your tracking page once your order leaves the warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimates are shown in business days once your order has shipped. Actual times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, and customs.

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada, United Kingdom, European Union: 10–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days

  • Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Total estimated time to arrive = Processing (up to 3 days) + Delivery window above.

Tracking

  • Every order receives a tracking link by email when shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is always free.

Multiple-Item Orders

  • Items may ship separately to reach you faster. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • If you need to update your address or modify/cancel an order, contact us ASAP.

  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address or intercept the package.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Carriers may experience seasonal or regional delays. We’ll monitor your shipment and assist where possible, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Customs inspections can add additional days to delivery; this is outside our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with household members and neighbors and wait 72 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

  • If still missing, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can help.
